This was a conversion and renovation of a 17th-century barn to bring it up to date and reflect the current family dynamic.
All the original features are retained and in some key areas, the timber frame structure was exposed to create a truly stunning effect.
All new materials that were added, such as the solid timber stair treads and wrought iron railings, were simple and honest, yet elegant and appropriate to the building and in all helped to create a sensational family home.
