Side return extension and loft conversion Richmond

Project Story

This charming terraced house had, like many of us, an underused side return passage and not enough space in the kitchen.

The answer was to do a glazed extension in the passage space which enabled the kitchen to become a complete family room, with a kitchen, living, and seating area, and a very dramatic red wall.

The full width of the roof space was loft as also converted into a glorious master bedroom and by installing windows across the entire rear wall the room felt open, airy, and spacious.
