This flat was in quite a bad state when the customer brought it, the space was not used to it’s full potential and it was very old fashioned.
The customer wanted to increase the size of her bedroom and have a decent sized en-suite bathroom. The architect felt that having a big bathroom at the front of the flat was a waste of space as well as being too far away from the bedrooms. So he produced a design where the wall between the living room and dining room was demolished and a wall was removed in the bedroom. The big bathroom was the split into a cloakroom a small washing room and an ensuite for the second bedroom/ study. Finally, two bedrooms were transformed into one.
