Our clients to convert their underutilised loft into a boutique-style bedroom with an open plan bath
Luckily, this loft was already very spacious with a good head height and generous floor area. The architect-designed two pairs of Velux roof windows and a feature round window to bring glorious sunlight into the bathing area and a simple casement window to give a gentler effect into the L-shaped bedroom area.
A new oak timber floor lifted the space to a new level of boutique chic, and the en-suite basin and toilet were designed to match.
