These customers wanted a multi-functional extension that could provide a family room, home office and guest bedroom that had a modern contemporary feel but still felt in keeping with the rest of the house. No problem.

The answer was an extension design that was very much in keeping with the original on the outside – appearing like a seamless addition but on the inside, the high ceilings, full-height windows and simple material palette gave the customer a  very contemporary space that provided a guest bedroom and bathroom as well as a multipurpose room. Here, they had a home office and tv/cinema screen for gaming and movies and – of course – ceiling LED lighting and blackout blinds so that the fun wasn’t limited to the night-time hours!
