Theatrical new build in North London

Our client was an actor and he wanted his new build home to have a theatrical wow factor.

The trouble with the site was that it was restricted by overlooking issues on three sides  - no light could be had from three of the four elevations - and on the other side was the road. It took some clever, out-of-the box thinking to meet his requirements for a dramatic family home. Our architect's solution was to design a new home using spectacular double-height spaces and lightweight metal walkways.
